How to Enable Free SSL (Let’s Encrypt) in DirectAdmin
All VexoWeb hosting plans include free SSL certificates via Let’s Encrypt. Follow the steps below to enable HTTPS for your domain.
Step 1 — Log in to DirectAdmin
Use the login link provided in your hosting activation email. Go to: Account Manager → SSL Certificates.
Step 2 — Select “Free & automatic certificate from Let's Encrypt”
Choose the option:
Free & automatic certificate from Let’s Encrypt
Step 3 — Select your domain(s)
- Main domain (example.com)
- www version (www.example.com)
- Mail subdomain (mail.example.com)
Click Save to issue the certificate.
Step 4 — Verify HTTPS
Open your website in a browser and confirm it loads with https:// and a lock icon.
Troubleshooting
- Domain must point to our server (IP: 157.180.52.85)
- Cloudflare must be set to DNS-Only (grey cloud) during installation
- DNS A records must resolve correctly
