Why My SSL Is Not Working? (Common Issues & Fixes)
If your SSL certificate does not install or shows an error, check the most common causes below.
1. Your domain does not point to our server
Make sure your A record points to:
157.180.52.85
2. Cloudflare is on “Proxied (Orange Cloud)”
Solution: temporarily switch to DNS Only (Grey Cloud) while installing SSL.
3. DNS propagation is still in progress
It can take up to 1–3 hours.
4. www / mail subdomains not selected
Always enable SSL for:
- example.com
- www.example.com
- mail.example.com
5. Old certificate cached
Try clearing your browser cache or use a private window.
