Overview

VexoWeb supports multiple payment methods so you can register domains easily from any country. This article explains which types of payments you can use and how they work.

Supported currencies

You can place orders and pay in the following currencies:

  • USD – US Dollar
  • EUR – Euro
  • USDT – Tether (stablecoin)

You can select your preferred currency in the Choose Currency section of the cart before you complete the order.

Main payment methods

Depending on your location and the gateways enabled in your account, you will usually see one or more of the following options at checkout:

  • Credit or debit card – Pay securely with Visa, Mastercard or other supported cards.
  • Online payment services – Such as PayPal or similar providers (if available for your account).
  • Crypto payments – Pay using supported cryptocurrencies, such as USDT, through our crypto gateway.
  • Bank transfer or manual payment – In some cases, we may offer offline payments; instructions will be shown on the invoice.

The exact methods available to you are always shown on the Review & Checkout page when you place an order.

How to choose a payment method

  1. Add your domain (and hosting, if needed) to the cart.
  2. Click "Checkout" to proceed to the order summary.
  3. Under 'Payment Method', open the dropdown and select the option you prefer.
  4. Click Complete Order and follow the instructions on the payment page.

Failed or pending payments

  • If your payment fails, the invoice will remain Unpaid. You can open it from your client area and click 'Pay Now' to try again or select a different payment method.
  • If a payment is pending (for example, waiting for crypto confirmations or a bank transfer), the domain will be registered as soon as we receive the funds.
