How to Protect Your Website with Cloudflare
Cloudflare adds an extra security layer to your website and improves performance. We highly recommend using it for all domains hosted on VexoWeb.
Step 1 — Create a free Cloudflare account
Visit cloudflare.com and add your domain.
Step 2 — Update nameservers
Replace your current nameservers with the ones provided by Cloudflare.
Step 3 — Configure DNS
Make sure your domain points to:
- A → 157.180.52.85
- www → 157.180.52.85
Step 4 — Enable essential security features
- SSL Mode: Full
- Bot Fight Mode: ON
- WAF: ON
- Rate Limiting: recommended
Step 5 — Cache recommendations
- Cache level: Standard
- Browser TTL: 4 hours
- Always Online: ON
