How to Restore a MySQL Database Using JetBackup 5
If your website is broken due to plugin errors, updates, or accidental deletion, you can restore the database from JetBackup.
Step 1 — Open JetBackup 5
Go to Advanced Features → JetBackup 5.
Step 2 — Select “Database Backups”
You will see a list of all your databases and available restore points.
Step 3 — Choose the database
Select your database (example: wp_site123).
Step 4 — Choose the backup date
Pick a restore point from the last 30 days (depending on your hosting plan).
Step 5 — Click “Restore”
Confirm the restore action.
Important notes:
- Restoring a database overwrites all current data
- Your website might go offline for 10–30 seconds
- If using WordPress caching (LiteSpeed Cache), clear cache after restore
