How to Download a Full Backup (Files + Databases)
You can download a complete backup of your hosting account using JetBackup 5.
Step 1 — Open JetBackup
Go to Advanced Features → JetBackup 5.
Step 2 — Choose the type of backup to download
Download options include:
- File Backups
- Database Backups
- Email Backups
- Full Account Backup (if enabled)
Step 3 — Select a backup date
Click the desired restore point.
Step 4 — Click “Download”
JetBackup will prepare a downloadable file. You will receive a notification when the download is ready.
Why download backups?
- Migrating to another server
- Creating a local archive
- Saving copies before major updates
