How to Restore Email Accounts Using JetBackup 5
If emails were deleted by mistake or an account was corrupted, JetBackup lets you restore individual mailboxes.
Step 1 — Open JetBackup 5
Navigate to Advanced Features → JetBackup 5.
Step 2 — Select “Email Backups”
You will see all available backups for each mailbox.
Step 3 — Choose the mailbox
Example: info@yourdomain.com.
Step 4 — Select a restore point
Choose a suitable backup date.
Step 5 — Click “Restore”
This will restore all emails from that period.
Notes:
- Restoring email does not affect website files
- You can restore multiple mailboxes at once
- JetBackup does not store passwords — email login stays unchanged
