How to Restore Your Entire Hosting Account (Full Account Restore)
If your website, emails, or database become corrupted, JetBackup 5 allows you to restore the entire hosting account from a single backup point.
Step 1 — Open JetBackup 5
Go to Advanced Features → JetBackup 5.
Step 2 — Select “Full Account Backups”
This feature restores everything:
- Website files
- Databases
- Emails
- DNS settings
- Cronjobs
- SSL certificates
Step 3 — Choose a restore point
Select the backup date you want to restore.
Step 4 — Click “Restore”
Confirm the action. Your entire account will be rolled back to the selected version.
Important notes
- The restore process may take 1–10 minutes depending on account size
- Your website may be temporarily unavailable during restore
- Full restore replaces ALL current data
