VexoWeb hosting uses an automated backup system powered by JetBackup 5. Your websites, databases, and emails are backed up regularly.
Our default backup schedule
- Daily backups — all files, databases, and emails
- Weekly full account backup
- Retention period: up to 30 days (depending on package)
What is included?
- Website files (public_html)
- MySQL databases
- Email accounts
- Cronjobs
- DNS (if hosted on our nameservers)
Where backups are stored?
All backups are securely stored on a remote server. Your hosting disk space is not used for backups.
Can I download backups?
Yes — JetBackup allows you to download any backup point directly to your computer.
Can I restore at any time?
Yes — restores are available 24/7 and usually take under 5 minutes.
