Email Not Sending or Receiving (Brevo + DNS Fixes)
If your emails are not working, follow these steps to fix the most common issues.
1. Set correct MX records
If emails are hosted on VexoWeb, use:
MX 10 mail.yourdomain.com
2. SPF record required for sending
Use the recommended SPF for Brevo:
v=spf1 include:spf.brevo.com ~all
3. DKIM for Brevo
Add the 3 CNAME records provided by Brevo in your dashboard.
4. DMARC optional (recommended)
v=DMARC1; p=none; rua=mailto:you@yourdomain.com
5. SMTP settings (Brevo)
SMTP server: smtp-relay.brevo.com
Port: 587
Encryption: STARTTLS
Username: Brevo login email
Password: Brevo API Key
6. Check email quota
Go to Email Accounts → ensure your storage is not full.
7. Check spam folders
Some providers like Gmail may delay new domains for 24–48h.
