You can cancel your hosting plan at any time. Refunds are subject to the policy stated in our Terms & Conditions.
Hosting refunds
Refunds are possible only if:
- The request is submitted within 24 hours of activation.

No refunds apply to
- Domain registrations, transfers, renewals.
- Hosting accounts suspended due to misuse.

Cancelling your account
- Login to billing area.
- Go to My Services → Hosting Plan → Cancel Request.
- Choose whether you want immediate cancellation or at end of billing period.
Important
Make sure you back up your website before cancellation — your data will be deleted after termination.
