How to Change Your Billing Cycle (Monthly ⇄ Annual)
You can switch your hosting plan between monthly and annual billing at any time. Annual plans offer better pricing and fewer payment interruptions.
How to request a billing cycle change
- Log in to your Client Area.
- Go to Services → My Services.
- Select your hosting plan.
- Click Request Upgrade/Downgrade.
- Select the desired billing cycle (monthly or annual).
Important notes
- A prorated invoice will be generated automatically.
- Your renewal date will adjust based on the new billing cycle.
- For crypto payments (USDT), the billing cycle cannot be changed retroactively.
