How to Cancel a Hosting Service (Safe Method)
If you no longer need your hosting plan, you can request cancellation directly through the Client Area.
How to cancel
- Log in to your Client Area.
- Go to Services → My Services.
- Select the hosting service you want to cancel.
- Click Request Cancellation.
- Choose Immediate or End of Billing Period.
Important notes before cancelling
- Download all backups (files + databases) before cancelling.
- Once cancelled, data is permanently removed.
- No refunds are issued after the service is active (especially for crypto payments).
- Domains are not cancelled automatically — they remain active until expiration.
