Overview
The EPP/Auth Code is required to transfer your domain to another provider. You can retrieve it instantly from your VexoWeb client area.
Step-by-step
- Go to billing.vexoweb.com and log in.
- Click Domains in the top menu.
- Select the domain you want to transfer.
- In the left or top navigation box, locate 'Get EPP Code'.
- Click the button. WHMCS will either:
- Display the EPP code on the screen, or
- Please send it to the email address associated with your domain registration.
If you don’t receive the code
- Check the spam/junk folder of your email.
- Ensure your domain contact email address is accurate (update it under Domain Contact Information).
TLD exceptions
Some country-code TLDs (for example, UK).The EU and DE use different transfer processes and may not provide an EPP code. WHMCS will show the correct instructions for these domains.
