How to renew your domain Print

Overview

You can renew your domain at any time from the VexoWeb client area. Renewing on time ensures your website, email services, and DNS remain active without interruption.

Step 1 – Log in to your client area

1. Go to billing.vexoweb.com.
2. Click Account → Login.
3. Enter your email and password.

Step 2 – Open your domains list

1. In the main menu, click Domains.
2. You will see all your registered domains along with their status and next due date.

Step 3 – Choose the domain you want to renew

1. Find the domain in the list.
2. Click the Renew icon or open the domain and click Renew Now.

Step 4 – Select renewal period

You can renew your domain for 1 year or multiple years (depending on TLD policies).

Step 5 – Complete the payment

An invoice will be generated automatically. Choose your preferred payment method and complete the order.

After payment

• Your domain is renewed instantly or within a few minutes.
• The new expiry date will appear in your domain management page.
• You will receive a confirmation email.
