What We Need from You for Maintenance Services
To activate your Maintenance Plan (Care Basic, Care Plus, or Care PRO+), we need a few essential details. These allow our team to keep your website secure, updated, and optimized.
1. Website Admin Access
Please provide one of the following:
- WordPress Admin URL (example.com/wp-admin)
- Admin username & password
- OR create a temporary admin account for our team
2. Hosting / DirectAdmin Access
This is required for backups, error investigation, and technical fixes.
- DirectAdmin login (username + password)
- OR a new user created for our team
3. FTP Access (optional)
Only needed for file-based troubleshooting or corrupted installations.
- FTP host
- FTP username
- FTP password
4. Database Access (Only if needed)
For advanced debugging or manual database fixes:
- phpMyAdmin access (DirectAdmin usually provides this automatically)
5. DNS Access (If using Cloudflare or external DNS)
We may need DNS access to fix SSL, email deliverability, or domain routing issues.
- Cloudflare login
- Or temporary collaborator access
6. Email Deliverability Access (Brevo recommended)
If we configure SPF/DKIM/DMARC for your domain, we may need:
- Brevo account access (invite our technical email)
- DNS access to add SPF/DKIM/DMARC records
7. SEO Access (Only for Care PRO+)
For Off-Page SEO campaigns, we require access to:
- Google Search Console
- Google Analytics 4
- Business listings (Google Maps, Bing Places)
- Main social media profiles (optional)
8. Emergency Contact
Provide an email or phone number so we can reach you quickly if your website ever goes offline.
Activation Time
Once the details are received, setup usually takes 12–24 hours.
