How You Receive Access to Your New Website
Once your website is completed, we deliver everything you need to manage, update, and control your project. All access details are delivered securely inside your client area and by email.
How delivery works
- You receive an email informing you that your project is ready.
- We provide a full list of login details and credentials in a secure message.
- You can access all information anytime inside the Client Area → My Services → View Details.
Access details you will receive
- Website admin login (WordPress username + password)
- Hosting control panel (DirectAdmin login)
- Database access (phpMyAdmin link)
- FTP/SFTP details for file management
- Staging environment (if included in your plan)
We deliver all access information securely and never store your passwords after handover.
