Here are the most common questions clients ask after their website has been delivered. This guide helps you understand what happens next, how to manage access, and how to keep your website running smoothly.


1. Can I request changes after the website is delivered?

Yes — small corrections (typos, spacing, broken links, small styling fixes) are included for a short post-delivery period.
New features, additional pages, redesigns or structural changes are billed separately.


2. How do I access my website admin panel?

You will receive your admin login details at delivery. Most websites use WordPress, so your panel will be at:
https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin
Use the username and password provided in your delivery email.


3. Will my website be SEO-ready?

All delivered websites include basic on-page SEO: optimized titles, descriptions, headings, speed-ready structure, SSL, and clean permalink structure.
For advanced SEO (keyword research, indexing strategy, backlinks), you can upgrade to SEO Setup Pro or a Care Plan.


4. Do you offer website maintenance?

Yes, VexoWeb offers full monthly maintenance plans:

  • Care Basic — uptime monitoring, updates & small edits
  • Care Plus — performance optimization + 3 hours support
  • Care Pro — + SEO monitoring & reporting
  • Care PRO+ — + Off-Page SEO (10+ backlinks/month)

Maintenance is optional but strongly recommended for security and long-term stability.


5. Can I manage the website myself?

Yes — if you selected the Training option, you will receive a PDF guide. Even without training, WordPress is user-friendly and easy to learn.


6. How do I update text, images, or pages?

Log in to your admin panel, go to Pages → choose the page → edit using WordPress or your page builder.
If you're not comfortable editing, our team can assist via a Care Plan or hourly service.


7. What if I break something by mistake?

Don’t worry — your hosting includes daily backups through JetBackup 5.
You can restore your website instantly from the Client Area or DirectAdmin.


8. Is my website protected by warranty?

Yes — bugs directly caused by our development work are fixed free of charge within the post-delivery support window.
Issues caused by plugins, updates, server changes or third-party edits are not included.


9. Can I add extra pages later?

Absolutely. You can add them yourself or order additional pages at any time. Prices depend on the type of content and design requested.


10. What happens if I don’t renew hosting or domain?

Your website will go offline if the hosting or the domain expires.
We recommend enabling auto-renew inside your Client Area to avoid downtime.


11. How do I request additional work or upgrades?

You can open a support ticket from the Client Area and specify what you need: new pages, redesign, SEO, e-commerce features, etc.


12. Do you provide refunds after delivery?

No — according to our Terms & Conditions, all delivered services become non-refundable once the project is completed and access is provided.
