How to enable or disable auto-renew Print

  • 0

Overview

Auto-renewal keeps your domain from expiring accidentally. When enabled, WHMCS will automatically generate invoices before the expiration date and renew the domain as soon as payment is received.

Step 1 – Log in to your account

  1. Visit billing.vexoweb.com.
  2. Log in using your email and password.

Step 2 – Open your domain

  1. Click Domains from the top menu.
  2. Select the domain you want to manage.

Step 3 – Enable or disable Auto-Renew

Inside the domain management page:

  • Look for the Auto Renew toggle.
  • If it is on, your domain will renew automatically.
  • If it is off, the domain will NOT renew unless you manually pay.

Billing behavior

  • WHMCS generates a renewal invoice before expiration (usually 30 days before).
  • If auto-renew is ON and your payment method supports automatic billing, renewal happens automatically.
  • If auto-renew is OFF, your domain will expire if you do not pay manually.

Important notes

  • Crypto payments cannot auto-renew — you must pay manually.
  • If your card expires, auto-renewal may fail until you update your payment details.
