What happens after you buy hosting from VexoWeb Print

Overview

After purchasing a hosting plan from VexoWeb, your account is automatically created, and all login details are sent to your email. This article explains what happens next and provides instructions on how to start using your hosting.

1. Order confirmation

Once your payment is completed, you will receive an email with the subject “VexoWeb Hosting – Account Information”. This email contains:

  • Your DirectAdmin login link
  • Your hosting username
  • Your hosting password
  • Nameservers (DNS addresses)

2. Hosting account activation

Your hosting account is created instantly on our servers. You can log in to DirectAdmin right away.

3. Access to your hosting panel

You can access your hosting panel in two ways:

  • From the activation email (DirectAdmin URL)
  • From your WHMCS client area: Services → My Services → View Details → Login to Control Panel

4. DNS / Nameserver configuration

If your domain is registered somewhere else, you need to point it to our nameservers:

NS1: ns1.vexoweb.com
NS2: ns2.vexoweb.com

After updating the nameservers, DNS propagation takes between 5 minutes and 24 hours.

5. Start building your website

You can now:

  • Upload your site through the DirectAdmin File Manager
  • Install WordPress or other apps via Softaculous
  • Create email accounts for your domain
  • Create databases and manage your files
