Overview
You can log in to DirectAdmin in several ways: from your activation email, from the WHMCS client area, or directly through the login URL. This article explains each method.
Method 1 – From the activation email
Search your inbox for the email titled “VexoWeb Hosting – Account Information”.
Inside the email, you will find:
- DirectAdmin Login URL
- Username
- Password
Method 2 – From WHMCS Client Area
- Log in to billing.vexoweb.com
- Go to Services → My Services
- Select your hosting plan
- Click Login to Control Panel
You will be logged in instantly via Single Sign-On (no password needed).
Method 3 – Direct login URL
You can also access DirectAdmin using this global login URL:
https://server.vexoweb.com:33035/
Troubleshooting
- If the page does not load, check your firewall/VPN
- If the password does not work, reset it from the client area
- If your IP is blocked, contact support
