Overview
Your hosting login details will be sent automatically to your email address after the order is activated. You can also find them in your WHMCS client area.
Option 1 – Check your email
Look for an email from VexoWeb with the subject:
VexoWeb Hosting – Account Information
This contains:
- DirectAdmin login link
- Username
- Password
- Nameserver details
Option 2 – WHMCS Client Area
- Log in to billing.vexoweb.com
- Go to Services → My Services
- Select your hosting plan
- Scroll to Login to Control Panel
Password reset
If you no longer have your email, you can reset your DirectAdmin password from:
Services → My Services → Hosting Service → Change Password
