Overview
Roundcube is the default webmail client included with your VexoWeb hosting. It lets you send, receive, and organize emails directly from your browser.
How to access Roundcube
Use one of the following URLs:
https://yourdomain.com/roundcube
or
https://server.vexoweb.com/roundcube
Login details
- Email: your full email address
- Password: the password you created in DirectAdmin
Features available in Roundcube
- Inbox, Sent, Drafts, Trash
- Folders & email filters
- Attachments & inline images
- Contacts address book
- Dark mode (if available)
Troubleshooting
- Wrong login: check your password or reset it in DirectAdmin.
- Webmail not loading: clear browser cache or try incognito mode.
- Email not received: check your DNS records (SPF/DKIM/DMARC).
