How to check email logs & spam reports in DirectAdmin Print

Overview

Email logs help you understand why messages are delayed, rejected, or marked as spam. DirectAdmin provides simple access to mail logs and spam filters.

1. Check DirectAdmin email logs

Open:

System Info & Files → E-mail Summary

This page shows:

  • Sent emails
  • Received emails
  • Delivery errors
  • Authentication failures

2. Check SPAM filters

Go to:

E-mail Manager → SPAM Filters

You can see:

  • Blocked senders
  • Score-based spam detection
  • Message rejections

3. Check Roundcube Spam folder

Inside Roundcube:

Settings → Folders → Junk

4. Check Brevo logs (for outgoing emails)

Log in to Brevo → Transactional → Logs

Here you can see:

  • Delivered
  • Soft bounce
  • Hard bounce
  • Blocked
  • Spam complaints
  • Open/click tracking (if enabled)

5. Check for mail routing issues

Open:

E-mail Manager → E-mail Routing

Ensure that the routing matches your MX records.
